Our purpose
We write patient education for people exploring eight surgical treatment areas in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Articles aim to explain a concern, offer practical questions, describe alternatives, and identify symptoms that need urgent care.
Sources and authorship
Guides name Nivaya Health Editorial Team as the organisational author and include relevant source links. Sources can include public health bodies, professional organisations, and primary clinical literature. A source is not an endorsement of Nivaya Health.
Clinical review
An article is labelled clinically reviewed only when an identified clinician has actually reviewed it and the review is recorded. An organisational author is not a substitute for clinical review. The current starter guides have source references and are not labelled as clinician reviewed.
Use of AI-assisted tools
AI tools may assist with research organisation and first drafts. Drafts require editing, source checks, and clinical approval through the publishing workflow. We do not invent clinical experiences, reviews, credentials, or patient stories, or present automated drafts as personal medical advice.
Publishing and updates
The optional content agent creates drafts only. An editor must verify the facts and links, record a clinical reviewer and approval, and publish the article. Publication and modification dates are shown. Older content should be checked again when evidence or service details change.
Our writing style
We use direct, simple language, short paragraphs, and practical questions. We avoid sensational claims, keyword repetition, and punctuation that gets in the way. We do not guarantee pain-free care, recovery dates, search rankings, or clinical outcomes.
Corrections
If something seems inaccurate or unclear, message or call +91 77009 77180 with the page address and your concern. Please do not send patient identifiers in a correction request.
